LATE CANCELLATION | NO SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice you will be charged 25% of the full service price of all appointments booked. Cancellations made less than 15 minutes prior to appointment are considered no shows.
If you do not show up for your appointment (no show), and did not call to cancel at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full service price of all appointments booked.
If your running late…
If you are still able to make it to your appointment but are concerned you may be a little late please don’t hesitate to call us! In most cases we have a 5 minute grace period.* However, if you are more than 5 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments. When in doubt, just give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
Credit Card Policy
In order to hold any appointment you must provide a valid credit or debit card to place on file. Don’t worry! You will not be charged at the time of booking.
